For 46 Years Young's Studio of   Photography has been the kind of family-oriented business that Downtown Dover has come to expect and appreciate.

Having established in 1953, Mr. and Mrs. Young have earned the reputation of quality, hand-crafted photography;  the kind of personal attention and expertise that can only have come from three generations of photographers in the Young Family.

Joining them in 1988, their son Eric has even pushed the Youngs' tradition slightly further with his involvement in the Delaware Professional Photographers. The results of many state print competitions have earned Eric such accolades as several "Best In Show" and "1st Place" awards in the Illustrative Category ; "Photograph Of The Year" two years consecutively ; D.P.P. recognizing Eric as "Illustrative Photographer Of The Year" for 1994, 1995 and 1997.

With their assistant Melissa, The Youngs maintain a casual and friendly atmosphere in their studio, still fixed in the center of Downtown Dover, on Loockerman Street.
